<Some Good Big Data LinksFriday, May 21st, 2010

I was asked the other day for a list of some good Big Data blogs and twitter feeds. There are many good ones out there so it is an impossible task to come up with a list of “the best” (not to mention that the space is so large … and growing everyday). I thought instead I’d just share a list of some that I read frequently:

ArsTechnica often has analysis of the latest Big Data news
– Ben Fry’s  (@ben_fry) twitter feed and blog
– Bradford Cross’  (@bradfordcross) twitter feed and blog
– Bradford Stephens’  (@lusciouspear) twitter feed and blog
– Chris Wensel’s (@cwensel) twitter feed
– James Hamilton’s blog
– Jeff Hammerbacher’s  (@hackingdata) twitter feed and blog
– Jonathan Ellis’ (@spyced) twitter feed and blog
– Martin Wattenberg & Fernanda B. Viégas’ projects
– Matthew Hurst’s (@matthewhurst) twitter feed and blog
– Michael Driscoll’s (@dataspora) twitter feedBig Data list and blog
– Mike Dirolf’s (@mdirolf) twitter feed and blog
– Pete Skomoroch’s (@peteskomoroch) twitter feed and blog
– Tony Bain’s (@tonybain) twitter feed and blog
– Twitter’s engineering blog
– Werner Vogels’ (@werner) twitter feed and blog

I’m sure there are other great ones that you enjoy, so please add them in the comments.
